Is "BugSplat" (BsSndRpt.exe) supposed to be a part of Quicken?
Is "BouncyCastle.Crypto.dll" supposed to be a part of Quicken?

If these are viruses, how do I delete and reinstall Quicken? I am subscription user.

while waiting on an answer I deleted all the bug Splash files all three of them. After deleting them the Quicken file would not open. I restored the bug Splash files and now the Quicken file opens.

Since you guys are not worried about these files and I assume you're more experienced than I am, I'm going to drop the paranoia and get on with life. Thanks for your Insight!
