Is it possible to set a default setting for specifying lots of sold shares?

When i download investment transactions where stocks are sold, I must manually select how to specify the lots. I always use the same response. Is there some way I can set this as a default in the settings so that I do not have to perform this function for every lot sold?

You didn't say which version of Quicken you are using but if you have subscription then you are lucky because this was a recent product enhancement.Edit>Preferences>Downloaded Transactions>"Settings" for "Lot assignment for investment download". In the Lot Assignments Options pop-up that comes up:
- Select the investment account
- Check "Automatic Lot Assignment instead of prompting On Accept"
- Select the lot assignment preference (first shares in or last shares in)
- Click "OK"
- Repeat for any other investment account(s) that you have/want
You will never have to make manual lot assignments, again!If you don't see these options, then check to make sure you have the latest revision and upgrade to it.If you don't have subscription you will need to upgrade to subscription.(Quicken Classic Premier Subscription: R55.15 on Windows 11)
