Downloaded Quicken - what is next step to using it ?

Currently using 2017 Windows. How to switch to using subscription? I bought it, and it says it's active, but how to switch to using it?

After your "bought it" - what did you do ?
Did you buy it from a retail store in a box,
or download it from some place - like Amazon -
or download it directly from Quicken ?
Then what - did you "run" the installer and actually install the software ?
If so - ....do a ..... Help --> About Quicken

If you have never downloaded a software program from a website....
    - What browser are you using ?
The browser will download and save the file "somewhere" -
each browser looks different, and may save things in different default locations.
See if you have a "Downloads" folder, and if the Quicken.EXE was saved there ?
If you can find it, just click on it - to run it - and install Quicken -

  • I found the download link and successfully downloaded subscription. Thanks, everyone!
