Brokerage Account is Missing

    Our problems are with our investment accounts. One 2019 account is totally missing. Another is about a new stock we purchased in another account in late 2019. Help! please.

    I have a few questions to help me understand what could be happening.

    First, were there any changes that occurred prior to the account going missing?

    How long has the account been missing?

    What is the issue that is happening with the recently purchased stock?
