How do I resolve a Category Sync Error?

Quicken Mac Subscription Member
When I synch to mobile, I get a Category Sync Error that begins with DUMMY and a lot of numbers and letters behind it. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

    If you haven't already, I suggest you reset your cloud data set: select Edit Preferences...Quicken ID, Mobile & Alerts, and Reset your Cloud data.
