Reconciliations Disappearing

Good day -- I have a consistent issue happening where I will reconcile transactions and then every few days my reconciliations disappear. I'm talking about 2-3 years worth. It's also not every single transaction but ones that have $0.00 and/or random ones. It seems that the ones from recent are more relevant. It's annoying as I have to then reconcile over 200 transactions for no reason while trying to recall which recent ones haven't been reconciled so I don't click those to balance out. This happens consistently on my Bank account and randomly to my Macy's account. I recently upgraded to 2020 and am on version R25.21 Build 27.1.25.21. Is this a known issue and will there be a patch for it?
