ETF transactions downloading properly from RW Baird . . . but not showing in portfolio

My broker (Baird) sold financials ETF (FXO) then bought health care (FXH) but although the transaction downloads perfectly, now does not show position in portfolio? I even deleted the transaction and reentered manually and now the position shows up, but will not update the share price. I just double checked the symbol and FXH is correct. What is the solution?

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

If you haven't done so already, please verify if a placeholder transaction has been created after entering the transfer shares transaction.

A placeholder will be a light gray transaction at the bottom of the register.
