Rent Statement - Show Tenant Paid Repair Deduction

How can I get a rental receipt to show an approved tenant deduction for repairs. I know how to split the transaction; however, I would like the tenant have proof that their offset in rent is valid and recognized.

Thank you for taking the time to share your question with the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.
I suggest creating a Rent Receipt, which includes a section where you can comment with the specifics, while still showing the full amount as paid.
You can then save, print or email the Receipt to provide a copy to the Tenant, while also retaining a copy in Quicken for your records.
