After installing Quicken 2019 I can no longer set up an account for automatic Down Load ?

When I attempt to set up an existing account by going to edit | on line services | Online Setup |download transactions | set up now, instead of setting up for automatic download it is creating a new account? This needs to be corrected!

And have you restored your last Manual Backup?
