Quicken Deluxe 2015

I purchased Quicken Deluxe 2015 for my new computer from an Estate Sale, tried to install this and it says I have an old version of Quicken on my computer, so I went into the control panel and uninstalled, and it still gives me this error message, what can be done to fix this problem

There is a tool called QCLEANUI for removing remnants of old versions of Quicken.See this page and follow the instructions for Quicken 2017.Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier Subscription on Win10 Pro.5

After you install it, You need to install the latest patch/update from here. Probably will be a Mondo patch.
If you have an older version, One of the SuperUsers has posted the update patches for older versions (2000 and newer) of Quicken
