QFX import from Target

Hello.

Quicken for Windows R25.21 on Windows 7.

Successfully uploaded transactions from Target Red Card site via "Update Now" and WebConnect. When attempting to gather more history, I downloaded from the website to a qfx file. Upon attempting to import, Quicken gives this information:

"Quicken is unable to complete your request. [OL-221-A]"

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, though I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

    Please, review this error-specific support article regarding error OL-221-A.

    For .QFX-- you will need to scroll down to "If the issue persists", then review the last bullet point "Web Connect (Importing a QFX file from your bank's website)".
