Editing categories in app

Is it possible to edit categories in the app or do I have to be on my laptop? I recently got a new iPad and I’m trying to figure out what capabilities I have on the app and what actions I can only do on my laptop.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your questions.
You can change categories that are assigned to transactions from the app, but you cannot edit the names of the categories themselves from the app. That needs to be done from the desktop program by going to--
Tools > Category List
