How to automatically accept multiple investment transactions.

My 529 account for 1 of the kids creates small sale transactions, say $0.20 per month. Is there a way to automatically accept all these transactions, and default to average cost? It is time consuming to go into each one and indicate lot identification etc.
Or else delete the transactions? They are so small, generated automatically, that they would not move the needle.

Assuming you're using the Quicken Windows Subscription, I suggest you update your community profile and review the Lot assignment preferences for the account: select Edit > Preferences...

Note that @Sherlock 's answer gives the part for automatic lot identification, but not "Is there a way to automatically accept all these transactions".

For that you either select the "Automatically add to investment transaction lists" in the preference dialog Sherlock posted above, but note that would be for all investment accounts. OR you can change it for that one account by right clicking on the account in the account bar and selecting: Edit/Delete Account -> Online Services tab -> and select the Automatic entry is: link and set that one to override the global default.
