Unable to see downloaded transactions as of 05/26/2020

I tried to download transactions from two different banks into Quicken this morning. The red flag shows up next to the accounts indicating there are new transactions to review. However, the downloaded transactions panel below the main ledger shows no transactions to review. This happened in 2 checking accounts from Chase bank and a credit card account from Penfed. I've used this same procedure dozens of times before with no previous issues. Did Quicken break during a recent update?
