One Step Update Loses Upate Checks

in Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)
Prior to the last couple of months the accounts I always update were pre-selected.

Now I have to select each despite appying them before updating?

I have uninstalled Quicken Subscripton version and reinstalled thinking that would solve the problem.

Thoughts?

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. Could we try this to see if we're able to get them to update at once. Open up quicken and it should ask for your vault password if you're using one. Instead of hitting next click on settings in the bottom left. From here we should be able to check off all the boxes and at the bottom hit apply.



    Could you try this out and see if all of your accounts will update at once. Also if you have tried this let me know as well and we'll see what we can try next!

    Thanks. Yes. Tried that many times. Even uninstalled and reinstalled thinking that would solve the problem but it did not.
