Been getting CP_SCRIPT_ERROR on Citibank

Been getting CP_SCRIPT_ERROR on Citibank:ccscrape.101:General Error. Flow not handled since 6/20. On both banking and CC accounts. What's the fix?

    Same recurring problem with Quicken's inability to communicate with Citibank (3rd largest bank in USA) services. Frustrating.
