Copy function does not work when you use the FROM and TO date fields

When I try to copy a date range using the FROM and TO dates, it always copies the entire file from the beginning but it does end with the TO date. My file has transactions from 2018, 2019, and 2020. Even if I used the range dates, it always copies all of 2018, 2019, and up to 6/30/2020. My range is FROM 7/1/2019 TO 6/30/2020. I use Quicken Deluxe 2020 Version R26.21 Build 27.1.26.21.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue (R27.28).
Did you uncheck the inclusion of all prior transactions:

For what it is worth I'm not seeing this problem and either, both with everything selected and without. I'm on R27.28, but I doubt that matters.
