Shareholders Services Group, Inc is not showing up as a valid investment company

Options
I have an account with SSG that I am currently using for online downloads, but when I try to add a second account with the same company, it says that the company name is not valid. I am typing in the account name exactly the same as my existing account that works with one-step updates. How can I get this account to sync?

I found the problem! I had set it up as a 401K instead of a Brokerage Account. When I deleted it and set it up as a brokerage account, I was able to select Shareholders Services Group.
    Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your question, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

I am having trouble understanding where you are encountering this issue.

When I attempt to add an account with SSG, I do not see a space to enter the account name.

Is there by chance any error code associated with this message? If not, please provide the exact message verbatim so that the Community is better able to assist.

    Thank you for your help!

I am on the latest version of Windows 10.
The Quicken version is Year: 2020, Version: R27.42, Build: 27.1.27.42

When I set up the account originally and entered Shareholders Services Group, Quicken said the institution is not found. Now when I try to add the download setup for the account, I get the same message. I have attached a print screen of the message.
