I did not have any problems downloading the Mondo Patch file using
Firefox ESR Version 68.12.0esr 32-Bit Browser.

    What Browser are you using?

Note: Holding Down the Left Shift Key or Left Ctrl Key produces Window with Quicken 2019 in the Title Bar when click About Quicken,

I am not using a browser. I am using the internal Quicken update.

I can download the update, and could probably continue to install it, but the Quicken (publisher) certificate expired in June. It is risky to install software with an expired certificate.

I updated through the program as you have, but I did not see what you have seen. Ran and worked just fine.

See my previous topic with the same title for pictures and directions on how to see the certificate.

I could install the SW, but will not until the certificate is valid - ensuring the SW came from Quicken.

I wonder because you updated from Quicken 2017 to Quicken Subscription Program, without doing a Clean Install, it did not update the Certificates.

I always do a Clean Install of Quicken Subscription Program and running Quicken in the latest Public Release of Windows 10, now at 64-Bit Build 19041.450.

    This is my opinions.
