Manual loan account setup loop

I am trying to setup a mortgage loan account manually. I get as far as the "Your Loan Reminder" screen that says Quicken will add a loan reminder for this account. When I click Next it takes me to the "Loan Payment Reminder" screen. After I click "done" on this screen I am taken back to the "Your Loan Reminder" screen. Clicking Next takes me back to the "Loan Payment Reminder" screen in a continuous loop. :/ :/ :(

What is the version of Quicken are you on (Help -> About Quicken), if you aren't on 29.20 or above I suggest you install this patch.

Thanks. I have Quicken Premier 2020 and the most recent version (R29.20), so that doesn't seem to be the problem.

Not a data file problem. I'm trying to set up a new loan account.

Failing to create a reminder while adding the new loan account appears to be a data file problem.  I'm aware of five posts on this issue since December 2019 through June 2020. If you haven't already, please try following the guidance provided and create a test file.

Created a test file as recommended, problem persists.
Ran Validate and Repair, problem persists.

    Any other suggestions?
