Why can't I add columns to the checking account register.

I created a new checking account and would like to change the columns displayed. I can get to the wheel for register columns but no choices appear.

Then I suspect there is an issue with your installation. You should go to the quicken account, download and reinstall.

Every
banking account register
in Quicken for Windows has a
Register Columns
choice. Only investment account registers do not have one.
Is the Actions gear popup view taller than your Quicken window or taller than your entire screen? In that case you need to make your Quicken window taller or switch to a higher screen resolution or turn off "View / Use large fonts".
