Unable to update HBO Max bill

I'm currently (12/17/20) unable to update my HBO Max online bill. It keeps telling me that "authentication failed", but there don't seem to be any problems at the HBO Max website. I've verified my login credentials through my own password manager.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

    I have taken the liberty of reviewing the online biller profile and the message I receive is the login details are incorrect.

    Have you visited the HBO Max website and manually typed in the password that you are typing into Quicken?

    Yes I have, as I mentioned above. I had to wait until the 30 day window for the next bill showed up to attempt again. It still won't update on Quicken, but HBO Max website shows the next bill.

    Support has the ability to review your online biller profile to research and report any issues that you are experiencing with the Quicken Bill Manager.
