Go to Edit->Preferences->Quicken Id and login in a different user, but use your normal Quicken Id to update what Quicken knows about your subscription.

After you renewed your subscription on the quicken.com website you need to do one of these:
    • Stop and restart Quicken
    • Run a One Step Update
    • Click Help / Check Membership status
    • In Quicken on your desktop/laptop, go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID..., select "Sign in as a different user". Follow instructions to sign out, then sign in using the exact Quicken ID that you just used for your renewal on the website.
If that still doesn't work, contact  Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation ... you'll have to wait until tomorrow, though. Today, 1/18/21, is a holiday and Support is closed.
