Is there a way to get reports to display data in columns rather than in rows?

Many reports spread the data points in a row rather than a column. I've searched for information but haven't found anything on this. Is there a way to change the data orientation?

    Maybe you could explain more concretely what you're looking for?  In typical Quicken Spending reports "periods" (weeks, month, etc.) are the columns and Categories are the rows.  In the case of that specific report there's no way to change that except by exporting the whole report to Excel and massaging the data over there.  But maybe that's not a good example of what you're looking for?

    Thanks - I understand now. I was structuring some reports by category when it was possible to use other criteria. I appreciate your help and quick response.
