After you have deactivated the Online Services of the register associated with the financial institution and cleared the financial institution name field on the General tab of the Account Details window, when you setup the Online Services, Quicken should provide the list of the accounts and allow you to link it to the existing register.

It doesn’t give the option for the Visa account. Just checking and savings

    Hi @lodik9

Can you give us some additional information on they Citi card?  Is is a branded card - like a Citi Costco card or a Citi AAdvantage card?  Are you getting any error code when you try to connect?

Please try to activate your Costco Card (or other Citi credit card) using "Citi Cards" as the financial institution name, not Citi Bank or any other Citi ... choice.
Before trying to add, edit account details on the card account register and blank out the Financial Institution name. Save changes.
Use the "+" icon in the Account Bar header (as if you wanted to add a new account) to start the activation process. Select Citi Cards and proceed.

It appears you may not be specifying the appropriate name of the financial institution.  Many Citi credit cards accounts are provided by Citi Cards and support the Direct Connect connection method.
