how do you close the help window? F1 opens it but I cannot find a way to close it

how do you close the help window? F1 opens it but I cannot find a way to close it -

    To close the Help window, I suggest you left-click on the X on the upper right of the window or the X on the right in the minimized window.

    I suspect this is a case where the window opens to a size larger than the user screen resolution/Windows scaling can fit on the display and as such @Ruanne can't see the top of the window to select the X control.

    Alt+F4 will also close the window.

    Isn't there a way to scoot the window over so you can see the whole thing?

    Yes there is.

    Alt+Spacebar  (brings up the window menu)
    M key
    Use the arrow keys to start it moving.  Once it moves you can move it around with the arrow keys or just move your mouse around (don't click until it is in the right place).
