I have a question about downloads to my 401K.

Options
Why are there three amounts listed in Quicken?
1. securities value
2. cash balance
3. total market value

Total market value is the highest number. This is the amount that is incorporated into my total net worth.

Is this correct? Which amount should I be concerned about?

#1 is the value of all securities held in the account
#2 is the value of any cash, not invested in securities, that the account holds
    #3 is the sum of #1 & #2
I'd be concerned with all three.  Because any errors in 1 or 2 will impact 3 and throw off your net worth.

Yep, #3 is part of your net worth ... but you already stated that in your original message.
