USAA Checking Not Clearing Transactions

Updated QknP subscription 2020 R31.12 & win10
After several attempts was able to make necessary changes to create "New" USAA accounts & all seemed to be working fine (after taking care of over 60 duplicate transaction). Now however none of the 3 acc'ts w/USAA have cleared transactions since 2/1. Appreciate any ideas.

Thank you for the response and the additional details.
Are you able to successfully update if you update through register?- Open the transaction register for the account that is not downloading.
- Click the Gear Icon in the upper right of the register and select Update Now.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

What is the connection type?
if you Do Ctrl+A that will bring up the account list and the "Transaction Download" column will say what it is.
(Note I suspect the connection type is Express Web Connect, with all it associated problems.)Signature:
