Reconciling and clearing older transactions

    I have tons of "uncleared" items from 2020 that I can't resolve. I know I can manually "Reconcile" them but I cannot changed them to "cleared."

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. If we could get more information here on the issue you're having. Did your transactions change inside your register after being reconciled? You are able to manually select for transactions to be cleared but we'll need to know whether you're on windows or mac first to give a better explanation. Also If you have any other info on the issue please let us know.

    In my bank balance column, i have 13 transactions to review (and growing), but i cannot see them to accept.
