Paying Bank Bill Pay is dimmed, says not available. How do I get the account enabled. (Q Mac)

Quick-pay and Check are enabled, but can't get Bank Bill Pay to enable. What am I not doing correctly?
Using Quicken for Mac with bank services thru Bank of America.

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. Bank bill pay is available to users who are using Direct connect as their connection type and have bill pay available through their banks. If you would like to use Bank bill pay you'll need to double check to make sure your BoA is connected through Direct connect. You should be able to do so by selecting your BoA account and in the bottom right selecting settings. From there you should see the connection type.
