If you have a supported version of Quicken, US or Canadian version, already installed on your computer and are talking about a US or Canadian bank, respectively, just start the Tools Menu / Add Account process and start to type the bank's name in the Search for your financial institution dialog. That will tell you if your bank is supported.
Unsupported and Foreign bank accounts can be created as "Offline Accounts" and you enter all transactions by hand.

That would depend on which financial institution is involved.
You would have to tell us EXACTLY which FI for us to advise.

-splasher using Q continuously since 1996
    - Subscription Quicken - Win11 and QW2013 - Win11
-Questions? Check out the Quicken Windows FAQ list
