CC-501 error when reactivating Barclaycardus Aviator Red Mastercard

Question

My Aviator Red Mastercard was updating just fine until I tried to add it to mobile & web, it said my password was not valid. As I had just recently changed the password on my account, I deactivated the account in Quicken so I could update the password. Now when I try to reactivate, I get the CC-501 error (for the past 3 days). How can I reactivate the account so I can download transactions?

As stated in the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely be required to file an escalation in order to have it successfully resolved.
