"Unable to initialize Quicken run-time components."

I have restarted Windows 3 times and keep getting the same dialogue. They suggest I visit Quicken.com/support. Here I am, and waiting for help.

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. Did you get this error after installing a recent patch by chance? Lets try to see if we're able to get you up and running with a support article. It has different steps we're able to take to see if we're able to get you back up and running.
