Has anything changed on your Mac since the last time you opened Quicken? OS update? Quicken update?

If you haven't, restart your Mac; sounds silly, but it sometime cures odd problems.

If that doesn't work, are you sure you're trying to open your most recent Quicken data file? And if so, can you restore a recent backup and try to open that?

You're using Quicken Mac? Which version?
Have you been using it previously, or are you new to Quicken Mac?
Are you converting from an older version of Quicken?
What version of macOS are you running?

Now, describe what you're trying to do and exactly what happens.
