Is One Step Update broken? Again?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
Started a One Step update and went for a walk. 25 minutes later, still hung up. Had to force shut down entire program to exit.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for you Online Connected Services. Please, follow the steps below in order to do so.- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
