Why do I still get the PNC 502 error. This has been a problem since abt 11/2020

Quicken has closed at least two threads with no resolution to the problem. But this really has gotten ridiculous as the problem has dragged on for at least 5 months and I don't believe Quicken has even provided an update since late November. I found a workaround as I reset my PNC quicken accounts. I do get the downloads properly, but I also get the 502 error. I sent in my log files to Quicken. I hope that helps.
