I've been getting an error trying to 1-step update

Okay, I have been trying to update my transactions for several days -- going on a week, and when I attempt I get this pop-up: Quicken's Online service is unavailable at this time.  Please wait at least ten minutes, then try again.  We apologize for the inconvenience... So what a day is less than 10 minutes?  (And they want me to renew my license in a few weeks -- for what, to have garbage like this to annoy me?)  Please correct, and let me know!
