Quicken Won't Update Investments (OneStep Update)

Been in Quicken for 30 years (seriously). Never had this issue until now, when I attempt a OneStep Update I receive this message "Quicken Online service is unavailable at this time. Please wait at least ten minutes, then try again. We apologize for the inconvenience."
Been trying now for 3 days and continue to get this same message. Any idea what is wrong?
