Why do I keep getting a message about some reference resource being deleted

in All Things Canadian (Windows)
referenced resource (parameter id) id=2366633332355) has been deleted. How do I get rid of this message?

    This happens over and over when I am trying to exit the program and it is cloud syncing. If I don't cloud sync it exits.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response. 

    If you have not done so already, I would start by resetting the Quicken cloud. 

    1. Go to Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Web 

    2. Click Reset your cloud data. 

    Please let me know if this resolves the error.
