One step update shows a free update available, but view update says I am current

New releases are trial staged... and they may appear as avail - but in fact have been paused -
then the general rollout will happen for downloading

I have the same problem and the reason for this above makes no sense. If the update is pulled back then Quicken's "one step update" has a bug in it because it says one is available when it's not. This same thing happened to me last month and after going a couple of weeks where I couldn't get it updated, I called support and there was an update available, and they walked me through some steps to get the update to be installed. Now I have the same problem again this month.

AFAIK, the latest update to Quicken for Windows,
R 63.16, R63.19, is in limited release and appears to have reached the maximum number of users. It should become generally available in a couple of days.
The inconsistency between the two update check methods should be fixed by the programmers … I wish they would ...If you can't wait, download and install the latest Manual Patch file from https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product

R63.19 has been available to everybody for a while now. Went to Quicken to "Check for Updates". Got this…. what's up Q???
Windows 11 (2 separate computers)..... Quicken Premier.. HAVE USED QUICKEN CONTINUOUSLY SINCE 1985.
