One step update shows a free update available, but view update says I am current

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
For several consecutive days now, my One Step Update Summary is showing the message that "A free update to quicken is available". When I press the view update button, I get a pop-up that says "Latest version already installed". How do I reset this flag?

    New releases are trial staged... and they may appear as avail - but in fact have been paused -
    then the general rollout will happen for downloading
