Can I track my BlockFi Account?

When I try to set up my BlockFi account, BlockFi comes up as an option. When I try to complete adding the account, I get an error message that Quicken cannot connect to the server, try again in a few hours. But waiting only gives the same result. Can Quicken track my BlockFi account?

    What kind of account are you trying to set up? 
    BlockFi has contracted with Quicken for Express Web Connect (EWC) service only.  EWC is compatible with banking accounts (bank accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.) but not with investment and retirement accounts.  For investment/retirement accounts BlockFi needs to contract with Quicken for Direct Connect (DC) and for some reason (probably cost) BlockFi has chosen not to do that.

    BlockFi is cryptocurrency, which Quicken doesn't support.  Why it is on the supported accounts list I don't know.  Maybe it is for the credit card.

    BlockFi also offers cryptocurrency backed (i.e., collateral) loans for US dollars.  So, BlockFi might also support Quicken for those loans.  But I agree that most of the services that BlockFi offers are not compatible with Quicken.

    I realized that I could just look at the account entry.  Here it is:
    The important part: BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT
    So being banking, credit and Express Web Connect means that this connection only supports checking/savings/credit cards, and no investment accounts.

    I have their credit card and it's not working for me either.

    Nope, not a 2FA issue. Just doesn't connect.

    1 - What version .... Help --> About Quicken
    2 - Can you log into the online website for BlockFi - what type of accts do you have... banking, credit card, etc ?
    3 - What happens when you attempt the Quicken Add Account -
