6/29/2021 Windows Premier subscription Update Problem - Files won't open

I applied the latest release successfully. When I told it to start, it tried to validate my files and said they could not be validated. I should restore from a backup. I used the file yesterday, so this problem has to be caused by the update I just applied. Is there a patch to fix the update?

Quicken should have automatically backed up your data file at the start of the version update process.  It does this because sometimes an update will cause a problem with the data file.  Restore that back-up file and see if it functions properly.
FYI-The automatic backup file will have the version you last used before updating included in the backup file name.  If you do not know where your backup files are saved you can do a search for them at File > Find Quicken files.
