Logging in after update

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
Quicken Deluxe (newest version) recently updated on my PC. When I open it the log on screen is blank and I can not "x" out of it or do anything. How can I fix this? Should I delete it and reinstall? Thx!

    Thank you for your help.....unfortunately after I uninstalled Quicken and tried to reinstall it I keep getting error messages and it will not finish installing. Any ideas??
