How can I transfer deceased husband's IRA brokerage accounts into my brokerage account?

TdAmeritrade transferred, but I cannot seem to accomplish this in quicken.

    Two transactions, one "Cash Transferred out of Account" for all the cash in the IRA and one "Shares Transferred Between Accounts" ("All Securities") should accomplish that.

    What happened in real life?
    Was your husband's account closed and the holdings transferred to a new account in your name? (most likely)
    Or were the securities sold in your husband's account, the cash transferred to a new account, and different securities purchased?
    Or were the securities or cash proceeds transferred to an existing account in your name?
