I have 3 lots of AT&T shares bought at different dates. Sold the last 2 lots I purchased on LIFO bases, but Quicken used FIFO. Any suggestions about fixing this are appreciated.

Go back to the sales entry you made and delete it.  Then enter the sales entry again by clicking on the "Enter Transactions" button and selecting "Sell-Shares Sold."  Enter the transaction date and the security name, the number of shares sold and the price per share, the commission incurred and then click on the "Specify Lots..." button.
That allows you to select the lots you sold.
