Downloaded QFX file transactions not transferred to account register

Hi,

When I download my transactions for a bank account, the QFX file downloads but when I click on it the file the transactions are not moved/transferred to the register.

I created a Test Quicken file with all the same transactions and details of my original/regular file and the transactions are then moved/transferred to its register account.

What is the problem? Is there a fix for this?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    We will need some additional information in order to better assist you further.

    First, could you please provide the name of the financial institution you downloaded the QFX file from? Also, could you please verify and confirm which connection method the account in Quicken shows it has currently set up (Tools > Account List > Edit > Online Services tab > Connection method)?
