Trouble downloading transactions from MidFirst Bank

I'm trying to update my account by downloading my new transactions from MidFirst Bank. Everything looks normal, it says it downloaded 0 transaction. However I have many transactions at the bank that have not downloaded. The last transactions sucessfully downloaded was Aug. 13, 2021. Can anyone help?

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize in the issue you're having. That is odd I'm wondering where exactly the issue is since we've been having the issue for a long time. I believe  it might help trying on a test file to see if we have a similar issue. This will give us a better idea of where exactly the issue is. I'll leave steps down below and you can find it on the third step on the article.
