File operations not showing under file menu (new question)

Version R35.31, Build 27.1.35.31. File -> File Operations is gone. I withdraw the specific operation in embarrassment.

    They Validate and Repair is on the main menu now.  Look at your own screenshot.

    Try the fifth item down in the Files menu.
