Partners FCU Error When Downloading [edited]

Can not download transactions from Partners FCU. I get error AGGREGATOR_IN_ERROR (QCS_SERVER_ERROR:client.response.xml.validation). I have tried disconnecting accounts and tried to reconnect. This did not work. This has been broken for over a month now.
